The cradle works very well. As expected.The service was excellent.
Good product, but did not come with power supply, so I must hunt for that now, will not work until I find a power supply somewhere.
I had no problem with either the seller or the product. Both were extremely good.
Can't review this as I ordered a serial connection instead od a USB connection The company has been a tremendous help to me and has sent me a replacement USB one free of charge
